Toddlers at the Table: Feed Your Kids Without the Fight with Stacy Spensley
September 28, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
$45with Certified Holistic Health Coach, Stacy Spensley
Do you dread sitting down to dinner as family? Are you ready to retire as a short order cook? Are you embarrassed to admit that you feed your kids the dreaded "kid food" you swore you never would just to get them to eat something without a fight?
You're not the only one, but it doesn't have to be that way.
Seriously.
Dinnertime can be pleasant. Your child will voluntarily eat vegetables. And most important, you don't have to worry as much as you think you do.
We’ll discuss strategies to make this happen, what to worry about and what to let go of, and why you’re doing the right things already but they aren’t working. We’ll go over the theories of why, but I’ll also just tell you what to do so you don’t lose your mind. I promise.
I know, you probably think I have some unicorn gourmande child, but this could never work for your PB&J addict. Here's what other parents had to say after their experience.
"Areas where I didn't think I needed help, now I have ways to improve. It helped me more than I thought I needed."
"We've been having trouble getting our daughter to eat much of anything, and we're worried about her gaining enough weight. Tonight she downed three drumsticks at dinner, then gnawed on what was on my plate. We took the class this afternoon, so it's going pretty well so far!"
"My wife is just so much more relaxed after taking your class. She's not stressed about every meal, and the power struggles have stopped. I'm so glad we came and have suggested it to several friends."
"I highly recommend this class for all parents who are interested in making mealtimes with your kids (not just toddlers) a more enjoyable experience!"
"I've actually noticed the biggest change with my 7-year-old. I don't dread birthday parties anymore."
I'm not going to tell you what to feed your kids (other than how to make it the same thing you feed yourself), but I will tell you HOW, and most important, WHY. Most of us mean well, we just don't know any other way to do it. There's a better way, an easier way, and a healthier way. Join me and find out!
The investment for this class is $45. You can add another caregiver (co-parent, grandma, etc.) for just $15!
You CAN bring your child! Just keep in mind that you're also responsible for him or her during the class, so take your child's temperament into consideration. The class does run 2 full hours.
